About Recruitment :

Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad, an Industrial Establishment under the Department of Atomic Energy is having its Unit ‘ZIRCONIUM COMPLEX’ at Pazhayakayal, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu and is also establishing a Green Field Project ‘NUCLEAR FUEL COMPLEX – KOTA’ at Rawatbhata, Kota, Rajasthan. As such online applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts to be posted at
(i) Nuclear Fuel Complex, Rawatbhata, Kota, Rajasthan and
(ii) Zirconium Complex, Pazhayakayal, Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu.

About the Exam :

Nuclear Fuel Complex, Hyderabad, is going to conduct a written examination for the various posts of Stipendiary Trainees. All the Candidates who Successfully submitted there Application form will have to face the Exam.

Nowadays Competition Level become very high so Competitive Exams get too tougher. Candidates facing the critical problem of “What to prepare” and “How to prepare”. So, here we are providing the latest Syllabus & Exam Pattern for the Exam conducting by Haryana SSC.

Selection Process :

For POST-CODE 21901 to 21911 and 21931 to 21932
  1. Preliminary (Screening) Test
  2. Interview

For POST-CODE 21912 to 21924, 21933 and 21941 to 21945

  1. Preliminary (Screening) Test
  2. Advance Test
  3. Physical Standard followed by Skill Test
For POST-CODE: 21925
  1. Objective Test
  2. Descriptive Written Test
For POST-CODE: 21926
  1. Preliminary (Screening) Test
  2. Advance Test

Post-Wise Exam Pattern

For POST-CODE 21901 to 21911 and 21931 to 21932
  • Stage-1 Preliminary (Screening) Test consisting of MCQ in the relevant Discipline/Trade.
  • Marking: (03) Marks for each correct answer & (01) Mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • Qualifying Marks: 50% for General Candidates, 40 %for SC /OBC and 35% for ST candidates.
  • All candidates qualified in the Stage-1 screening test will be required to appear for Physical Standard Test at NFC.
  • Those candidates clearing in Physical Standard Test will be required to appear for the personal interview.
  • Final Selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview alone.
For POST-CODE 21912 to 21924, 21933 and 21941 to 21945
  • Stage-1 Preliminary (Screening) Test consisting of 50 MCQs to be answered in 01-hour duration.
    (Mathematics – 20 Questions,
    Science – 20 Questions and
    General Awareness – 10 Questions).
  • Qualifying Marks: 30 %for SC /OBC and 40% for other candidates.
  • All candidates screened in Stage-I will be allowed to undertake an advance test.
  • The test will comprise 50 MCQs to be answered in 02 hours duration.
  • Marking: (03) Marks for each correct answer & (01) Mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  • A merit list of the candidates based on the marks scored in Stage-2 (Advance Test) will be prepared.
  • Based on the merit list prepared after Stage-2, candidates will be shortlisted for Physical Standard Test.
  • The number of candidates shortlisted for Stage-3 (Skill Test) will be decided based on the number of candidates qualifying in Stage 2.
  • Stage-3 Skill Test is only to ascertain the skill of the candidate in the relevant trade and the test will be conducted on a Go/No-Go basis.
For POST-CODE: 21925
  • Objective test covering General English, General Knowledge, General Intelligence & Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude (Arithmetic).
  • Qualifying Marks: 30 %for SC /OBC and 40% for other candidates.
  • Candidates qualifying the Level-I will be called for Level-II (Descriptive) exam.
  • Level-II: English language and comprehension.
  • Empanelment will be based on the marks scored in Level-II (Main) only.
For POST-CODE: 21926
  • Stage-1 Preliminary (Screening) Test – 50 MCQs in 01-hour duration.
    (Mathematics – 20 Questions,
    Science – 20 Questions and
    General Awareness – 10 Questions).
  • Qualifying Marks: 30 %for SC /OBC and 40% for other candidates.
  • Candidates qualifying in Stage-I Preliminary Test will be eligible for Advanced Test comprising 50 objective type questions of two-hour duration consisting of Mathematics (15 questions), Science (15 questions), General Awareness (10 questions) and Basic English (10 questions).
  • Marking: 03 Marks for each correct answer & 01 Mark for each incorrect answer.
  • Final Selection of the candidates will be based on the scores obtained in Stage-II

NFC Stipendiary Trainee Written Exam Syllabus

Maths – The test of Arithmetical and Numerical abilities will cover Number Systems including questions on Simplification, Decimals, Fractions, L.C.M., H.C.F., Ratio & Proportion, Percentage, Average, Profit & Loss, Discount, Simple & Compound Interest, Mensuration, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Tables & Graphs, etc.

Science – Scientific methodology concepts, principles, techniques and physics, chemistry, life sciences (Biology), the earth/space sciences, technologies, etc.

English – Synonyms, Antonyms, Spellings/ Detecting Mis-spelt words, Idioms & Phrases, One-word substitution, Improvement of Sentences, Active/Passive Voice of Verbs, Conversion into Direct/Indirect narration, Rearrangement, Comprehension Passage.
